By inviting or using Nara (“the Bot”, “we”, “our”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service.

The Bot may collect and store: Discord User IDs, usernames, display names, avatar URLs, ticket messages, moderation history, rating scores, feedback text, transaction item names, AFK status and nicknames. All data is used exclusively for Bot functionality. Data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
The Bot’s code, design, and branding are owned by Hams Dev. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Bot without permission.
THE BOT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. The Bot owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from Bot downtime, data loss, or unauthorized use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hams Dev from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Bot.
We reserve the right to block any user or server, modify features, or terminate service at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Disputes shall first be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, subject to courts in Indonesia.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
