1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy explains how Nara (“we”, “our”), owned by Hams Dev, collects, uses, stores, and protects user data.
2. DATA WE COLLECT
- User Info: Discord ID, username, display name, avatar URL, nickname (AFK)
- Ticket Data: Message history, transcript HTML, timestamps, staff assignment
- Moderation Data: Warns, bans, timeouts, kicks with reasons and timestamps
- Feedback Data: Rating scores (1-5), feedback text, item names, receipt numbers
- AFK Data: Status, reason messages, previous nicknames, timestamps
- Fun Data: Interaction counters (slap, hug, etc.), target user IDs
3. HOW WE USE DATA
Data is used solely for Bot functionality. Data is NEVER sold, shared with advertisers, used for marketing, or monetized.
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
All data is stored on a private, password-protected VPS. Only Hams Dev has server access. No third-party analytics or tracking.
5. DATA RETENTION
- Ticket transcripts: Deleted after 2 days
- Ticket history: Until manually cleared
- Moderation logs: Until manually cleared
- Rating data: Indefinitely (reset available)
- AFK data: Auto-removed on return or manual clear
6. DATA BREACH PROCEDURES
We will investigate, notify affected users within 72 hours, and secure systems.
7. USER RIGHTS
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Contact us via email or Discord.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Nara uses Nekos.best (GIFs) and ImgBB (image upload). They have their own privacy policies.
9. COOKIES AND TRACKING
Nara does not use cookies or tracking.
10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Nara complies with Discord’s 13+ age requirement.
11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Data is stored in Indonesia. By using the Bot, you consent to this transfer.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
